In this role, you will use your deep expertise to help business owners realize the short- and long-term vision and align technology with key business objectives. You will drive progress on key initiatives through the execution of product roadmap(s) and management of backlog(s), and act as the link between the Product Manager and technical development teams. A successful candidate in this role will demonstrate strong leadership, prioritization and communication skills to consistently deliver outstanding results on-time and in line with established budget.Responsibilities:Clients : FinanceXF Partners : Finance, Operations, Accounting, Other IT TeamsApplications : Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM modules (e.g., Financials, Payables, Receivables, Project Accounting, EPBCS), Hyland OnBase (or other similar financial automation solutions)Delivery Team : Oracle Day 2 support teamOwn sprint backlog and implementation of new product initiatives. Prioritizes product backlog working against established roadmap and coordinating dependencies with other POs. Manages portfolio of IT initiatives to ensure proper prioritization and delivery of initiatives on time and on budgetResponsible for development of lean business case and completing competitive analysis to inform short- and long-term product vision. Incorporates this knowledge when prioritizing features for releases. Makes tradeoff decisions between scope (value in expected ROI) and schedule (higher operating expense in longer release cycles) to reflect the best interests of business owners and end users.As part of PI planning, decomposes feature(s) into user Stories and establishes Story acceptance criteria. Defines the definition of done.Establish and facilitate relationship with the end customer and business leadership/ owners, bringing the voice and priorities of the customer to the forefront. Work cross-functionally to ensure business requirements and solution capabilities are effectively matched and implemented. Develops spirit of teamwork and collaboration with clear lines of accountability for key decisionsWeekly tracking of incidents and service tasks to completion in partnership with service team. Shares regular feedback and follow up with business partners.Responsible for product introduction & review with stakeholders. Documents Story acceptance criteria into JIRA and approves/validates Stories into baseline.Understands business strategy and clarifies customer objectives for scrum teamsMinimum Wage:USD $114,000.00/Yr.

Maximum Wage:USD $200,000.00/Yr.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors Degree.

Additional education information (major, etc.): Technology, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.5+ years of experience in cross-functional areas and leading cross-functional organizational projects. Demonstrated experience in working with diverse teamsExperience working in IT that has resulted in an understanding of technology and its applications.Understanding of and experience with Agile methodology required; SAFe certification strongly preferredExcellent communication and negotiation skills. The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidates job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. * The target annual bonus for this role is 20% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.Our square burgers make us different and so do our benefits!
