Learn more at #WeAreUKG Description & Qualifications Description The UKG Payroll Services (UKGPS) Onboarding Manager position will be part of the UKG Ready Implementation Organization managing the UKG Payroll Services Onboarding Team. This Team partners with the UKG Ready Implementation Teams and UKG Partners who are implementing the Ready payroll product to ensure UKGPS functionality is accurately configured to enable the delivery of services. In this role the UKGPS Onboarding Manager will oversee all tasks and responsibilities handled by the UKGPS Onboarding Team. This role will bring strong leadership and team building skills. The UKGPS Onboarding processes are critical to the success of the customer and to the business. It is imperative that the tasks and processes are completed timely and accurately to ensure that Kronos SaaShr, Inc. can deliver the elected services to the client with the highest level of quality. Responsibilities include: - Management of a team responsible for completing the following tasks o Collection of information from client such as the UKGPS Onboarding Packet, UKG Ready Requirements Documents, Tax Documents and other forms o Consulting with Payroll Solution Consultant on the configuration of Tax Codes and other UKGPS specific configuration items in the Ready system. o Coordinate with UKGPS teams to ensure Customer Identification Form (CIF) is completed and Funding Method and ACH Credit Limits are established prior to first payroll o Work directly with client on: funding set-up and testing, UKG Community Payroll Services resource registration, establishing contacts for Payroll Notifications, tax configuration questions such as 'Applied for' Account status and SUTA / FUTA exemptions o General training of client on UKGPS processes and resources available o Final review of tax & Ready Payroll Services configuration o Missing tax identification form exception request and Tax Acknowledgement Form completion o Import of configuration from Ready to MasterTax and resolution of exceptions o Collection of required federal and state registrations and Power of Attorney forms o Maintaining related fields in the Ready System - Payroll Services start widget - Use of system reporting & tools to manage the status of clients implementing UKGPS Offering. - Work cross functionally with other UKG teams to align teams, solidify processes & provide a unified high-quality customer experience. The teams include: o UKG Ready Implementation Leadership o UKG Ready Check History Team o UKG Payroll Services Support, Tax & Processing o Noida Delivery Services - Configuration & Check History o Pro Canada Tax Team - Utilize project management toolset to ensure milestone dates are met in order to support successful UKGPS client go lives. - Manage internal and client escalations to resolution - Develop and track metrics to identify trends and areas of opportunity in the UKGPS implementation process. - Enhance, improve and maintain the UKG Payroll Services Implementation Guide with collaboration from UKG Ready Implementation, UKG Ready Product and UKGPS teams - Participate as a member of the Quarter-end and Year-end committee - Participate as a member of the Ready Canada Payroll Services initiative - Collaborate across teams to continually enhance the new client onboarding process Qualifications Basic Qualifications - Experience working for a Cloud company and/or having managed an implementation team - 8+ years of experience, with 3+ years of people management experience - HR/Payroll/HCM domain experience - Tax experience Preferred Qualifications - Ready HR/Payroll/HCM domain experience strongly preferred - Strong analytical skills with the track record of driving change and process improvements - Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and changing environments - Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work as part of a project team - Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to work with all levels of individuals in an organization - Fundamentals of Payroll Processing (FPP) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred Pay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and California The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $86,100 to $123,800, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
