Computer Lab Assistant
JOB PURPOSE:
Provide basic computer support and assist users with printing and software problems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
THIS IS A NON-WORK STUDY JOB LISTING. (If you have federal work study, you must apply using our work study application.) Provide basic computer support and assist users with printing and software problems. Troubleshoot account, quota, and email problems for lab users. Keep labs clean/orderly, collect lost/found items, and maintain records of print deposits. Can complete exams and optional training to earn raises. Perks include additional printing abilities, ability to do homework while on duty, on-campus employment, scheduling around classes (including 1 hour shifts), same schedule for whole semester, flexible time off, ability to pick up additional shifts beyond regular schedule.
Shifts available days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. Those with availability between 7am and 1pm M-F or for shifts 11pm-3am or 3am-7am are usually given preference.
