Job Summary:

The Master Data Maintenance Administrator will work cross-functionally, with multiple departments, to improve the integrity of Enterprise data system and provide support for end users to have access to accurate, critical data.

Essential Functions:Responsible for creating new item SKUs in multiple ERP systems, while maintaining consistent data standards and ensuring a quick turnaround time is met.Act as a point of contact for Portfolio Managers, Supply Chain Analysts, and IT to trouble shoot and correct data inconsistencies.Coordinate with Compliance department to ensure appropriate regulatory documentation is accurate and up to date.Creating item SKUs in multiple ERP systems, to the standards set by the Data Governance team; acting as data steward, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all item data.Assisting with regular data quality audits, as outlined by supervisor.Meet agreed upon goals and objectives effectively and in a timely manner.Other Functions:

Follows all safety policies and procedures; communicates hazards and/or suggests improvements to manager.Arrive to work, appointments, meetings, and other work-related functions on time and as scheduled.Performs any other duties as assigned.Working Conditions:

Hybrid work environment (in the office 3 days a week)

Minimum Requirements:

Associate degree required, but Bachelors degree Preferred.Prior data entry or data governance experience.Self-motivated, highly detail oriented, with the ability to multi-task and take initiative to problem solve.Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook and Excel.Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.Strong communication skills.Prior experience in a wine and/or spirits organization preferred.
