KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING AMONG OTHERS

-Accountable for landscape management, availability and performance of all SAP systems.

-Maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP landscapes, configurations, and procedures.

-Coordinate with different teams in installation, maintenance and upgrades of SAP systems.

-Support SAP systems throughout the lifecycle of projects from time to time.

-Plan and execute SAP system upgrades and apply patches as necessary to keep systems up-to-date and secure.

-Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies for SAP systems to minimize data loss in case of failures.

-Provide technical upgrades functional and technical enhancements.

-Troubleshoot problems with connectivity, web services, and overall aspects of the SAP solution.

-Continuously identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.

-Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations team and service providers

-Drive for continuous improvement as a team member
