Mojo Games puts a strong emphasis on quality, individual ownership and values people who take pride in developing games. The role involves Game design of Class 3 casino games for different markets. Each game will provide challenge of complexity (visual design, game mathematics modelling, compliance requirements, etc.) and variety (different cabinets, markets, etc). We are looking for a Game Designer who has a passion for designing and delivering high impact casino games to our global customers. You will be a 'hands on' individual contributor who can develop and produce high quality math models; work collaboratively within a team environment and under direction to achieve outcomes and to support the delivery of successful games. You will work closely with other Game Designers, Artists, Animators, Audio Designers, Tech Artists, Software Developers, Test Engineers and Project Managers across all jurisdictions Mojo operates in. Your work will directly impact the games delivery to different markets.
What You'll Do
Create game specifications and mathematics for new game concepts and products.Oversee the development of new game concepts.C or C++ programming for game simulations.Build games that comply with the different market regulations.Skilled in coding and ExcelHave a math degree or equivalentMentor Graduate and Associate Game Designers.Study opposition games.Check game math and game design documentation.Review games and artwork.Ensure quality assurance for all games are met.Think of new games and features to entertain our customers.What We're Looking For
Minimum 3+ years game design experience.Proven track record of developing successful game concepts.An ability to write programs in C or C++ programming language.Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.Mathematics or Science degree.Experience in game design for slots essential.Excellent interpersonal and soft skills.Be able to work independently and be team oriented.Casino gaming industry experience essential.Why Aristocrat?

Pay Range$73,227 - $135,993 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
