The salary range for this role is a good faith estimate, it is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid. Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirementsCreate and evaluate business process models to identify gaps and inefficiencies, and develop solutions to enhance efficiencyCollaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into system requirements, ensuring feasibilityDevelop and maintain requirement and system documentationCreate and execute test plans to validate that developed solutions meet the documented requirements and are of high qualityDevelop and conduct training sessions for end users and stakeholders to ensure effective use of new or changed systems and processesBe up to date on system functions, regulations and emerging technologiesProvides production support in coordination with technical resources to identify issues, create solutions and manage the release of fixesWhat you need

High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in or related to Information Technology is preferred.Must have 5 years of experience in Information TechnologyProficiency in the methods and procedures of business analysisExperience using SQLExperience utilizing Microsoft applications (e.g., Teams, Outlook, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Bonus if you have
