Duration:6-12 MonthsTakes full stack ownership by consistently writing production-ready and testable code.Design, develop and deploy business process applications using IBM BAW Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Takes feedback from code review and apply changes to meet standards.Optimize and enhance existing IBM BAW applications for improved performance and functionality.Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on project status.Strong knowledge of BPMN.Knowledge of administrative tasks like server configuration, deployment, and monitoring within the IBM BAW environment.
