Description
Powell Valley National Bank is looking to fill several part-time customer support specialist positions for an after hours customer support call center located at Powell Valley National Bank's Wise Office. The part-time customer support specialist is responsible for providing a best in class customer experience while assisting customers with questions and providing resolutions after traditional banking hours, evenings and weekends.
The Customer Support Specialist role supports retail banking products and services within the electronic commerce and digital banking departments.Works directly with customers to address issues and respond to inquiries.Facilitates workflow and ensures client satisfaction through the handling, processing, and servicing of requests.Provides technical support and troubleshooting for the bank's online banking platformPerforms various operational tasks related to debit card services including but not limited to limit increases, card blocks, travel exclusions, and more.Follows bank established guidelines regarding customer service.Maintain proficient knowledge of the bank's electronic and digital retail products and services.Other duties as required and assigned.This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) incumbent in this position.
