Position: Sr .NET Full Stack DeveloperLocation: 1800 Washington Boulevard, Baltimore MD 21230. Hybrid- Local resources are preferred.Duration: 3+ years

As a .NET Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that are both scalable and high performing. This role involves working closely with other developers, UX/UI designers, business analysts, quality analysts, and product managers to deliver a seamless and user-friendly portal experience.
Duties/Responsibilities: Include but are not limited to the following:•Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using .NETtechnologies.•Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,and modern frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.•Develop back-end services, APIs, and microservices using C#, ASP.NET Core, and EntityFramework.•Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and APIs into the portal.•Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth, JWT, or similartechnologies.•Work with cloud services (Azure, AWS) for deployment and scaling.•Follow best practices in coding, including code reviews, unit testing, and version control(Git).•Maintain and refactor existing code to improve performance, security, and maintainability.•Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues reported by users or identifiedthrough testing.•Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing userinterfaces.•Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, andretrospectives.•Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to define project requirements anddeliverables.•Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in full-stackdevelopment.•Propose and implement new technologies and frameworks to improve developmentefficiency and product quality.•Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.
Education1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.2. Relevant certifications in .NET, cloud technologies, or front-end frameworks are a plus.
Required Experience1. 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on .NET technologies.2. Experience in developing and maintaining large-scale web applications or online or paymentportals.3. Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.4. Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.5. Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.6. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.7. Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core for developing back-end services.8. Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.9. Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).10. Strong experience with SQL Server, including database design, writing SQL queries, andperformance optimization.11. Familiarity with ORMs like Entity Framework or MVC or Dapper.12. Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS.13. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing.14. Knowledge of serverless computing and cloud-native development is a plus.15. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.16. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively withteam members and stakeholders.17. A team player who is comfortable working in a collaborative environment and contributing to thesuccess of the team.18. Experience with Agile development practices, including participation in Scrum ceremonies.19. Understanding of secure coding practices and experience implementing security features in webapplications.20. Experience in optimizing application performance, including front-end load times and back-endprocessing efficiency.
Preferred Experience1. Experience in Service Now is a plus.2. Knowledge of State Government policies and practices.3. Knowledge of Govolution Payment Portal implementation with FMIS Integration
