The Technical product owner will Lead and oversee the Global implementation and configuration of new Applicant Tracking System, Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the Applicant Tracking System staying updated on industry best practices. Provide continuous optimize configuration settings within ATS to enhance efficiency and user experience. Serve as subject matter expert (SME) in Applicant Tracking System technology providing guidance to the team and stakeholders. Collaborate with business users and project managers to define technical requirements and identify technology enablers that support continuous improvement within business processes. Develop task estimates, activity plans, forecasts, and project estimates associated with assigned functional area(s) and track system development and improvements.
* Support the Kenvue Global Mobility team technology tools and implementation of new Relocation Management Company
* Play a critical role in incident response related to issues within the ATS and coordinate corrective actions with support team as needed.
* Conduct regular assessments to ensure system remains in compliance with Kenvue and relevant regulations and standards.
