The People Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining the usability, stability, and security of Qualtrics's corporate HRIS platform and other people related systems. System Admins govern system utilization, provide technical support to end-users, and implement system changes or upgrades in order to drive efficiency & effectiveness of the systems.

Development & configuration of new & revised products, processes & business within the Onboarding & Time Off modules of SuccessFactors.Facilitating internal & stakeholder testing to ensure quality releasesPrioritize and resolve reported systems issuesMaintain change tracking documentation & process documentationProvide stakeholder training and enablement for Onboarding and Offboarding processesPoint of contact for engaging with SuccessFactors supportCollaborate with the Recruiting and Onboarding teams regarding strategy, programs & processesCollaborate with global benefits teams to align system with corporate time off policies by countryWillingness to lean-in for cross-functional SuccessFactors supportManage role based permissions & securityExpand system reporting and analytics capabilitiesManage quarterly release updates & enablement planWhat We're Looking For

Enjoy learning & growing amidst ever-changing technologySkilled in troubleshooting within technical systemsSuccessFactors certifications in TH94, Employee Central and/or ONB 2.0 preferred - Either certified or willing to train/test for certificationBachelor's DegreeHR/Enablement background (preferred)1 year of relevant systems administration/help-desk work experience (preferred)Nice-to-have system experiences include: Greenhouse, Phenom and SuccessFactors Integration CenterWhat You Should Know About This Team
