Position Summary: Digital Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Analyst to support our Foundations Recovery Network marketing department. This position will focus on gathering, analyzing and visualizing digital metrics to enhance our marketing efforts and improve patient acquisition.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excell and skilled in exporting, manipulating and reporting data. A knowledge of or willingness to learn marketing platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tag Manager, Search Console, Looker Studio, Google ads, Constant Contact and Call Tracking platforms is preferred. Knowledge of Tableau is a plus. The Analytics specialist will play a key role in developing and maintaining marketing dashboards and ad-hoc reports for data-driven decision-making. This includes integrating software using APIs or webhooks.

Secondary duties of the Analytics Specialist will be grading and scoring of marketing leads, including calls and form submissions.

Qualifications

Requirements:

High School Grad/GED required, Associate Degree preferred1-3 years related experience required, 3-5 years preferred.Ability to use Excel spreadsheets to export and manipulate dataHighly organized, detail oriented, analytical in nature.Proficiency or willing to learn data related aspects of marketing platforms such as GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, Google Ads, Constant Contact, Call Tracking Metrics, Google Business ProfileBasics skills in data visualization and translating numbers in a visual way that tells a storySkilled in math calculations needed for data reporting.
