Must-Have Technical:•PeopleSoft Internet Architecture•Application Designer, PeopleTools, PeopleCode• PS Query •Process Knowledge - Benefits Administration, Core HR, Workforce Administration, Recruitment•Experience with PeopleSoft HCM techno-functional role (4+ Years)•Basic debugging knowledge for App Engine, SQR•BI Publisher Reports Non-Technical: •Bachelor's degree•Excellent analytical and communication skill•Project Management / Scrum Master Experience•Candidates must be curious, competitive, driven, creative, collaborative, and flexible•Proven track record working in a cross functional team environment

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Analyze the requirements
2 Perform mapping exercise to develop file based interface
3 Perform implementation in PeopleSoft system. Uses advanced applications programming concepts and organization objectives to resolve highly complex issues.
4 Unit, system and integration system. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
5 Production support
6 Run Payroll jobs
7 Triage with FCA infrastructure team as needed
8 Support integration launches
9 Continuous improvement, implement business aligned metrics
