The Field IT Technicians primary responsibility will be to assist the Operations Team in all aspects of technology as it relates to the regions IT priorities. Responsibilities: The position includes user support for the Kastle office staff and customers at their office, computer setup, maintenance and service, telecommunications, video/camera systems, intercoms and all other technology needs as requested. Provide a high level of onsite customer service while supporting our teams in a fast-paced environment. Support includes but is not limited to software & hardware -- laptops, desktops, video/cameras systems, intercom, smart-phones, and phone systems both in and outside the office. Assist with the maintenance of local technology in order to increase reliability, security, interoperability, effectiveness of customer and office staff. Understand and effectively discuss services and software/hardware provided by Kastle for our products. Provide feedback on our offerings/equipment to improve the product and/or implementation. Assist in preparing and deploying desktop, laptops for staff & customers, including configuration and imaging of units Support a variety of operating systems and applications Assist with hardware and software asset tracking and inventory management for products taken and utilized. Assist with on-site technical support at special events, including, but not limited to staff meetings and customer meetings, etc. Communicate frequently with end users as well as with local, regional, and support teams about the status of their issue Help achieve annual goals and objectives, developed for the region Assist with general projects as necessary Qualifications:

Degree/certification or equal experience in one of the following: information technology, data entry, management information systems, program design, hardware maintenance, operating systems At least 1-2 years of professional experience in technical IT Experience troubleshooting Windows 10, Office Suite, Internet Explorer, VPN/network connectivity

Ability to diagnose problems and provide solutions and/or escalate to the appropriate expertise area Basic skills in the following areas: PC/laptop hardware, software, telecommunications, mobile devices, networking, and server administration Knowledge of MS Office products, including, but not limited to Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel Excellent customer service skills Strong organizational skills Ability to multi-task and manage tasks with varying priorities Good judgment and problem-solving skills Proactive with a drive for customer satisfaction In-person presence with a combination of field and office work Other Eligibility Requirements:

Must be willing to participate in and pass the companys pre-employment screening process including a background investigation and drug screening. Must be able to meet and continue to meet state licensing requirements for security, as well as client background and suitability screening when required to access clients data and/or site. Must continue to maintain a safe driving record and valid drivers license to fulfill the travel requirements of this position. Pay range in New York: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education. Base Range: $20.55-$27.76/hr
