Latam Application Test Specialist (Tier 2)

Our client is a leading health solutions organization with over 300,000 dedicated employees nationwide. The Application Test Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the enterprise transition to Windows 11 through the test and documentation of application compatibility. This individual will be responsible for loading websites or software onto their workstation to ensure compatibility with the Windows11 operating system. For any test cases where application error occurs, the Specialist will work with the end user to understand the issue and document, so that the case can be escalated and resolved by the Tier 3 team. The Specialist will be expected to troubleshoot windows/desktop related issues (tier 1 and 2) and understand how applications run on a desktop, however, any application troubleshooting will be escalated to the tier 3 team. This position offers the opportunity to sit fully remote and to grow within an enterprise level environment.

Compensation:

$11/hr to $14/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
