To learn more about Femwell, we encourage you to visit our website at https://www.femwell.com/about-us/ or follow us on LinkedIn at Femwell Group Health: My Company | LinkedIn.Job/Position Summary:Provides advanced technical support to the Organizations' computer equipment, users and IT administrators by performing the following duties.Essential Functions & Responsibilities:Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming telephone, voice-mail, e-mail, and in-person requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologiesHandles problem recognition, research, resolution and follow-up for routine user problems, referring more complex problems to supervisor or technical staffLogs and tracks all issues using ticket tracking systemPerforms troubleshooting of issues reported.Assists in software and hardware upgrades and new installationInstall/Configures personal computers, software, and peripheral equipmentServes as an escalation point to IT administratorsInstall VOIP equipmentMaintains equipment inventorySupport Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange email environmentsAssist in maintaining the IT Server Room and closetsAssist in maintaining the departments knowledge base and additional documentationAssist System Administrators on assigned tasksAssist Network Administrators on assigned tasksSupport company meetings setups and supportDevelop and recommend cost effective technical support improvementsAbility to come to work and work the regular schedule and shift for the position.Compliance with all personnel policies and procedures.Compliance with HIPAA policies and procedures.Perform additional duties and related essential duties as assigned.Required Education and Experience:High School Diploma2-year College Diploma preferredKnowledge of hardware and networkingProficient in WindowsCertificates, Licenses, Registrations:A+ certification (plus, not required)Computer Skills:Windows Operating System (Windows 10, 11)Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022)Basic Greenway Intergy Product Knowledge (optional)Knowledge of basic Networking, VPN and firewallRemote desktop connectivityInternet browsers (e.g. Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari)MS Office Suite /2013/2016/2019Office 365Microsoft ExchangeWindows Active DirectoryKnowledge of ConnectWise, CrowdStrike, SophosPhysical Requirements:While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; climb or balance; stoop; kneel; crouch or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Must be able to stoop, bend, and lift overhead on a frequent basis.
