job summary:We seek a highly skilled Tech Lead to take charge of all code reviews, ensure that all code, configurations, and related deliverables meet the project requirements, and pass all quality checks. This role demands a deep understanding of Salesforce development, exceptional attention to detail, and strong leadership abilities to guide the technical team through a complex migration project. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and quality of our Salesforce environment as we transition from a hosted application. Additionally, the Tech Lead will collaborate closely with the Solution Architect to provide input on all solutions, ensuring they are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

Job Duties -
*Lead and manage the Salesforce development team to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality solutions according to requirements and scope.
*Translate requirements into clear, actionable tasks for developers, ensuring a thorough understanding of project objectives and expectations.
*Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
*Demonstrate strong leadership skills, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages open communication, creativity, and accountability.
*Participate in technical design sessions, helping architect and document technical solutions aligned with organizational goals.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, business analysts, product managers, and quality assurance teams, to determine CRM needs and implement best practices.
*Oversee code reviews for ongoing and new sprints, ensuring code quality is maintained, and appropriate design patterns are used.
*Contribute to enhancing platform code performance, security, scalability, and reliability by addressing process bottlenecks, data issues, and inconsistencies.
*Manage resource allocation, workload distribution, and task prioritization within the development team.
*Provide accurate time and resource estimates for development tasks.
*Facilitate communication between the development team and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.
Job Requirements -
7+ years of Salesforce development experience supporting enterprise-scale solutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, functionalities, limitations, governor limits, and best practices, excluding Salesforce Administration activities, including 2+ yrs of verifiable experience serving as a Tech Lead or Architect.
*High proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, Web Services, and Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/MetaData).
*Experience integrating the Salesforce platform with various systems using third-party APIs and backend programming languages, demonstrating a deep understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
*strong skills in developing customer-facing interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI frameworks within Visualforce pages or Lightning components, demonstrating high proficiency in front-end development best practices.
*Familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio Code, Salesforce DX, and Salesforce CLI, demonstrating high proficiency in using these tools to optimize development processes.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*strong leadership, teamwork, adaptability, and time management abilities.
*Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Platform Developer II certifications.
All experience must be verifiable.
Desired Skills & Experience -
*Salesforce Javascript Developer I and Salesforce Advanced Administrator certifications.
*Understanding of architectural principles for cloud-based platforms, such as SaaS.
*High proficiency in source control, continuous integration, and testing pipelines.
Experience with Git, GitLab, and Jenkins.
