Required Skills and Experience:
* Strong Java Programming Skills: Proven proficiency in Java core concepts, design patterns, and object-oriented programming, with hands-on experience in developing microservices.
* Playwright Expertise: Extensive experience with Playwright for E2E web application testing, including page navigation, element interactions, and assertion handling.
* Microservices Understanding: Solid knowledge of microservices architecture, API design principles, and distributed systems, with practical experience in developing and deploying Java-based microservices.
* Testing Frameworks: Familiarity with TestNG or JUnit for test case execution and management.
* CI/CD Integration: Experience with integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
* Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with development teams, product owners, and QA engineers.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Desired Skills:
* Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized testing environments.
* Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling).
* Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., Brow tack, Sauce Labs).
