The Service Desk Analyst Co-op will provide support to Bobcat Dealers, Customers, or Internal employees in a fast-paced team environment.
Role & Responsibility
Service Desk Contact Center Support
Entry level position responsibilities:
Supporting Dealers, Customers or Employees via Chat, Phone, Email, and Electronic FormDocumenting interactions within case management solutionUtilizing context clues and established Knowledge Center Support articles to respond to customer questions and issuesTransferring unresolved inquiries/issues to subject matter expertsCollaborating with Bobcat business and product teamsFacilitates communication between subject matter experts and the dealer and/or customerKeeps up to date/knowledgeable on product lines, applications, and offeringsJob Requirement
Education & Qualification
Actively seeking a bachelor's level Degree in a Business, Communications, or an IT related fieldKnowledge & Skill
