NA is seeking a BI Analyst; This is a hybrid opportunity based in the Tampa Bay Area.
What you will be doing:Create and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, or other relevant tools.Collect, process, and analyze large volumes of data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Develop queries, conduct data cleansing, and ensure data accuracy for effective analysis.Utilize statistical methods to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.Translate complex data into understandable and actionable insights for business stakeholders.Develop and automate regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).Work closely with cross-functional teams, to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to ensure the availability and quality of data.Perform other duties, as assigned.Education, Experience, and Licensing:
Bachelor s degree in business, Statistics or related field4 years experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or a similar analytical role4 years experience using SQL required.4 years experience using Power BI required.Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.Proficient in SQL.Advanced level knowledge of data sources, tools, applications, and business driversEffective research, problem solving, analytical, critical thinking, influencing, and relationship management skills necessary.Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate the value of analytical work to key stakeholders.Proven ability to be adaptable and flexible; adjusting to new requirements or unforeseen issues.Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
