We are expanding our team and looking for a Technical Implementation Consultant to join our North American team.
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Implementation Consultants to join our global team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ELN and LIMS systems, with a proven track record in full end-to-end solution design and implementation. This role requires a customer-focused individual who can interact confidently with senior scientific stakeholders and work collaboratively with our Customer Success and technical delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the full end-to-end design and implementation of ELN and LIMS solutions for our clients.Engage with senior scientific stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and technical delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.Conduct remote and on-site client training sessions and workshops.Provide ongoing support and consultancy to clients post-implementation.Travel to client sites (10% to 30% of the time)Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences).Proven experience with ELN and LIMS systems.Demonstrated ability in full end-to-end solution design and implementation.Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to interact confidently with senior scientific stakeholders.Experience working collaboratively in a team environment.Exposure to Python is a plus, although hands-on software development is not required.Skills and Competencies:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.Flexibility to travel as required (up to 30% of the time).Proficient in using various software tools and applications related to laboratory management.What We Offer:
