Overview:

As a member of Entity Technology Solutions within Digital Technology and Transformation (DTT), this role leads the design, build and support of financial systems to enable Chick-fil-A's emerging business lines. This role provides technical expertise and thought leadership as it partners closely with Financial Services stakeholders supporting Chick-fil-A Supply, Bay Center Foods, and Chick-fil-A International. In addition, this role partners with other product owners within DTT and other departments to ensure alignment across all system applications and business outcomes.Our Flexible Future model offers a healthy mix of working in person and virtually, strengthening key elements of the Chick-fil-A culture by fostering collaboration and community.Responsibilities:Technical product owner for Oracle ERP Financials and Oracle EPMTechnical lead for integration capabilities between Oracle and any enterprise systems requiring financial data (Workday, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing Execution)Provide technical thought leadership through end-to-end lifecycle of project (discovery, scoping, process mapping, and implementation)Partner with vertical business line (VBL) stakeholders to build technology roadmap according to business capability requirementsSupport resource planning and budgeting activities for VBL and International technology landscapeManage relationship with key technology vendors by providing accountability to SLAs and weighing into vendor's technology roadmapOversee design, testing and implementation of new functionality and enhancements to VBL Oracle Cloud environmentMinimum Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product featuresExperience with technical systems, data structures and languageExperience in business process diagramming and analysisAbility to understand business needs and translate them to techno-functional requirements that deliver desired outcomesKnowledge and/or experience with Agile development approaches and techniquesProficiency in project management tools and software, such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platformsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationPreferred Qualifications:

Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO)Certified Scrum Professional Product Owner
