Summary
As an Adobe Marketing Consultant, you will leverage your deep expertise in Adobe solutions and marketing operations to provide strategic advice and hands-on support for optimizing our marketing efforts. Your role will be to consult on best practices, streamline marketing processes, and enhance the use of Adobe tools to meet our marketing objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing operations with business goals and ensure the successful deployment and utilization of Adobe products.
Act as Lead Consultant on large, complex customer engagements that may involve multiple project teams from Adobe, Client, or partner organizations
ResponsibilitiesMarTech Strategy & Management:
Configure and customize Adobe solutions to meet specific business needs and marketing objectives.Design and implement solutions to resolve Marketing use cases using the Adobe Experience Platform solutions.Oversee the integration of Adobe solutions with other marketing technologies and platforms.
Marketing Operations Optimization:
Analyze, assess existing processes and enhance marketing operations workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness leveraging Adobe solutions.Develop and manage marketing automation processes, including campaign management, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Utilize Adobe Analytics to track and analyze marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.Develop and present reports and dashboards that highlight key metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
Consulting & Training:
Provide expert guidance and support to marketing teams and stakeholders on Adobe solutions and best practices.Conduct training sessions and create documentation to ensure effective use of Adobe products and tools.
Project Management:
Manage and execute Adobe solution projects from planning through to execution and post-implementation review.Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to ensure smooth project delivery and alignment with business requirements.
Strategic Consultation:
Provide expert guidance on the effective use of Adobe Experience Cloud products, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Experience Manager, from a marketing perspective.Develop marketing strategies and best practices to align with business goals and drive marketing success.
Marketing Operations Optimization:
Assess and recommend improvements to marketing workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Advise on marketing automation strategies, including campaign management, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation.
Martech Expertise:
Evaluate and recommend marketing technology tools and solutions to complement Adobe products and meet organizational needs.Support the integration of Adobe solutions with other marketing technologies and platforms.
Hands-On Support:
Assist with the implementation and configuration of Adobe solutions to address specific marketing needs and objectives.Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure effective execution of strategies and use of tools.
Data Analysis & Insights:
Utilize Adobe Analytics to analyze marketing performance, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.Create and present reports and dashboards that highlight key metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
Training & Enablement:
Conduct training sessions and develop documentation to empower marketing teams in using Adobe solutions effectively.Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to address any challenges related to Adobe products.
Project Support:
Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing projects involving Adobe solutions.Provide hands-on assistance and oversight throughout project lifecycles to achieve desired outcomes.
Assist with solution project estimation, scope definition, and formulating project timelines. Oversee the delivery of multi-channel/multi-tactic digital solutions.Eligibility Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.10+ years of experience in marketing consulting or operations, with a strong focus on Adobe solutions.Demonstrated expertise with Adobe Experience Cloud products and marketing technologies.
Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud suite (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Manager).Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM systems, and data analytics.Good understanding of Adobe Launch for tag implementation and Web SDK / App SDK implementation for experience data modelling.Knowledge of data schemas and APIs and services in platforms GCP, Marketo etc..Build Proficient queries in Query Service for data mining Build XDM schemas, classes, data layer for batch and streaming datasets configure Source and Destination connectors build Segments and queries as per defined use cases.Knowledge of profiles, audience management, identities and policies in AEP platformSound knowledge of SQL querying and database schema and data type.Good understanding of diverse data sources, including websites, mobile apps, customer service interactions, and even CRM.Work with audience segments, crafting them based on behavioral insights, transactional data, and operational information.Excellent knowledge of Campaign management (including Email build, content template, fragment, journey design, orchestration, dynamic content & customer personalization using variant conditions and split the audience in AJO platform.Knowledge of HTML / Java Script is preferred but not mandatory.Good knowledge of Adobe CJA platform and its features.Knowledge of Adobe Target personalization tactics like Experience testing, multivariate testing etc..Good knowledge of Visual experience composer and form based composer in Adobe Target.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic, data-driven approach.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable marketing strategies.Ability to manage multiple projects and provide hands-on support in a dynamic environment.
Certifications (Preferred):
Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in relevant Adobe products.Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
In the US, the target base salary for this role is $130K-$145K. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
