IT Project Manager (Agile, Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Job Title: IT Project Manager (Agile, Microsoft Dynamics 365) Location: Tallahassee, FL Contract: 12 months Job Description: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with expertise in Agile methodologies and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to lead complex technology programs and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, working with cross-functional teams, and overseeing project planning, execution, and successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage Program and Project Management Plans, ensuring alignment with contract requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope, governance processes, staffing, and communication plans. Create project schedules using MS Project or equivalent tools, ensuring task assignment and timely delivery. Oversee change management processes, ensuring adherence to budget, scope, and timelines. Maintain and regularly update RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) using SharePoint or Excel. Lead meetings, document action items, and provide regular project updates to stakeholders. Manage resources, budgets, and schedules to ensure project success. Mentor junior team members and address team communication and conflict proactively. Required Skills: 10 years of IT industry experience, with a focus on project management. 7 years of hands-on project management experience, including working with Agile methodologies. 5 years of managing projects following PMI's PMBOK Guide standards. 3 years of experience in developing project strategy, business cases, and enterprise-wide plans. Strong experience managing large, complex, cross-divisional software development projects. Proven expertise in Project Management and Agile Methodology. Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. PMP certification required. Expertise in creating and managing project schedules and deliverables. Experience managing cross-functional software development programs.
