Manufacturing Data Management (MDM) Administrator

This 1st shift

MDM Administrator

position will support Whitehall Casting operations and will be responsible for:

- Create and administer operational work instructions

- Administration of customer specifications and blueprint specifications

- Quality systems administrative activities, including supporting the Training Tracking System with training assignments and attendance record-keeping

- Material processing administrative activities (mold sheet creation, material testing, raw material inventory and associated activities)

- Assist with other administrative tasks to support engineering, operations, and quality teams

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications :High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.Minimum of two years' working a technical, manufacturing, office, or administrative environment.Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.Preferred Qualifications

Associate degree in a technical discipline, business systems, manufacturing technology, or quality.Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Teamcenter, Microsoft Office SuiteExceptional attention to detailStrong organizational skillsWritten and oral communication skills along with interpersonal skills for a team environment.Ability to time manage and complete projects within strict deadlines.
