Product Owner
- Deep Domain knowledge in BFSI, specifically Insurance. Knowledge in Disability Insurance is preferred
- Understands the project / program / epics / features / user stories from the point of view of end-user, not from the point of view of the developer
- Provides additional content for user stories / requirements as part of user story grooming / refinement
- Solves problems, completes analysis and makes decisions to stay on-track to Business commitments
- Liaise with other Product Managers to ensure functionality(s) gets delivered in completeness
- Participates in PI Planning and Sprint Planning meetings
- Participates in team demo and retrospectives
- Ensures user stories are written, complete and approved
- Ranks the product features and user stories so that the development team can clearly understand them for sprint planning prioritization
- Support acceptance test-driven development
- Coordinates with Business partners and client application managers on dependencies and timing for implementation tasks
- Analyze NFRs and raise alerts
- Assists decision makers (Business, Dev Leads, Solution Architects, etc.) in gathering information to make decisions
