Field Support Technician

Title: Field Support TechnicianLocation: Clarksville, INDuration: 12+ monthsJob Description:Looking for 5-10 years of expThe Support Technician provisions and maintains end user computing devices (e.g., desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, and peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, fax and copy equipment). The Support Technician installs and troubleshoots hardware, software, and network problems, escalating to the responsible area with accurate information, and providing technical guidance and oversight.Top 5 must haves:

Excellent Customer Service record, exceptional written/verbal communication, ability to prioritize tasks, effective time management, and willing to travel/support two auction locations on opposite sides of the Houston metroplex.IT Generalist, someone with knowledge of desktop hardware/software, telecom, wired/wireless networks, printing devices, and mobile phones (both IOS/Android).We are not looking for call center support.
