Responsible for Maintenance and Operations of 9 GCC Microsoft tenants, resolving tickets to meet contractual SLE. ITIL framework is used.Responsible for the overall systems infrastructure including engineering, implementation and integration, and technical services and support.Defines specifications for operating systems applications and modifies/maintains existing applications.Designs, installs, maintains, and administers infrastructure including hardware, software, and various configurations. Designs and deploys systems based on business/user requirements.ITIL KnowledgeWork Service Requests, Incidents and taskCustomer facingWriting KB articles for Tier 1 techsMust work 9 to 6 PST.Prefer someone in PST or MST time zones.No EST candidates will be consideredRequired Skills:Mobility-Mobile (MDM)-Microsoft: 3 to 5 years exp.Application Support-Microsoft-L1 or L2 Support: 3 to 5 years exp.Data and Intelligence-Analytics-BI Reporting-Microsoft SSRS/Power BI: 1 to 3 years exp.Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is 100k to 120k. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
