Technical and Financial Solutions Specialist
to join our dedicated team of professionals in
Harrisburg, PA . As a
Technical and Financial Solutions Specialist , key responsibilities include:
Support Municipal Consulting and Management Strategists with facilitation of stakeholder group meetings for regional and county collaborations in addition to utility implementation.Prepare financial studies and funding applications.Perform financial/operational reviews for projects and municipal/authority operations.Evaluate project funding options and develop financing strategies/ recommendations for clients.Prepare and organize documentation for state and county grants, PENNVEST, financial assistance applications, and reimbursements.Assist county and state level agencies with grant compliance monitoring.Support the development of project financing strategies for water/wastewater/stormwater projects.Provide advice and supports clients with securing financing for capital improvement projects.Support HRG's Civil group with County-wide Action Plan implementation, including grant applications.Support Municipal Consulting and Management Strategists with analysis necessary to develop implementable strategies and solutions.Support Capital Management Analyst with calculations to support the development of new revenue streams for clients and expert testimony analysis.Participate in day-to-day interactions with Project Managers in various service groups.Support Project Managers with direct client communication on project financing.Support Project Managers with virtual or in person meetings with client meetings, as needed.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, accounting, business management, or related field.2+ years of experience in civil engineering consulting or local government.Independent worker, with advanced interpersonal, time management, organizational, communication, and computer skills.Requires travel to meetings, other offices, and job sites as necessary. (Valid U.S. Driver's License is required)Has the legal right to work in the U.S.Life at HRG
