Located in Coppell, TX, we prioritize your financial security and aim to give you more time and less stress.Qualifications Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at CFO4Life in Coppell, TX. We are seeking a candidate with 3+ years of administrative experience who has a welcoming and positive disposition. The ideal candidate should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to coworkers. The ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential to the position. The role will need to have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of technologies along with experience in a CRM platform (Salesforce preferred). Attention to detail, strong verbal and written skills, and strong organizational skills are critical in this role. The candidate must thrive at working in a team environment and be able to perform multiple tasks successfully.ResponsibilitiesProvide phone coverage by answering and directing calls on a multiline phone systemManaging incoming and outgoing mail (and/or shipments)Daily opening and closing of the office and assisting in coordinating building services as neededProvide administrative support to the team including printing/binding meeting documents, scanning meeting or tax documents, scheduling meetings, ordering new client gifts, etc.Ordering and setting up catering for client and team meetingsOrdering and overseeing office suppliesGeneral office maintenance including office equipment (printer, copier, postage machine) as well as managing certain vendors such as coffee delivery, etc.Assist with client and team event planningMaintaining firm Salesforce CRM updates, pulling reportsMaintaining firm Constant Contact and Advisor Stream, and sending bulk emailsMaintaining and sending client communications using Constant Contact, Advisor Stream and Salesforce campaignsUpdate marketing material as neededAssist with various accounting tasksTravel coordinator
