Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Our client in the technology industry is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team. As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting cross-functional Agile teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be results-driven, and able to work collaboratively with others.Job Title: Software Quality Assurance AnalystLocation: Westlake, OhioPay Range: DOEWhat's the Job? Design, execute and maintain testing deliverables including testing approaches, test cases, test scripts and test result summaries utilizing industry best practices. Perform system and application testing to ensure proper functionality and compliance with standards. Carryout manual backend testing to verify functionality per requirements. Maintain accurate testing documentation including test cases, defect logging and reporting. Work with a cross-functional team to understand requirements, create comprehensive test plans, manage planning and scheduling of testing efforts, confirm product specifications, and communicate testing progress and relevant information to stakeholders and management.What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field. Minimum 3 years of software quality assurance experience with a focus on backend database manual testing. Hands-on experience using SQL to write and execute complex queries. Azure DevOps Exp Strong interpersonal skills across all organizational levels. Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with, and through, others to move toward a common vision or goal.
