Scrum Master / Release Lead
Technical:
- Must have prior work experience as a Scrum Master / Scrum Lead / Release Lead on agile projects
Non-Technical:
- Experience in BFSI Information technology or equivalent
- Possesses mastery level understanding of standards, business processes, workflows, methodologies, and leading practices
- Must have in-depth knowledge of software development lifecycles including Agile development and testing
- Demonstrated ability in applying automation for repeatable tasks
- Experience in large cross system, cross team initiatives
- Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with focused attention to details as well as demonstrated professionalism and time/task management skills and ability to establish strong relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to apply analysis to actionable insights
- Well versed with product design and desire to improve the digital experience for customers
- Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum-related meeting
- Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress
- Maintain process documentation
- Ensure the design team is practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility
- Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency on Product & Sprint Backlogs
- Interfacing with key stakeholders and business leaders
- Working with cross-functional teams for delivery
- Mentoring Team
