Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Defines and manages the product and portfolio roadmapBuild, groom, and prioritize the product backlog(s), continuously managing expectations with relevant stakeholders including the senior leadership teamManage the sprint planning process and participate in all relevant ceremonies (daily planning sessions, reviews of prior sprints, grooming, retrospectives, etc.)Develop a deep contextual understanding of our customer, worker, and users needsGather market feedback through user interactions, focus groups, and by performing industry research to support future developmentWrite detailed functional specifications, user stories, and product documentationCollaborate with cross-functional teams of program managers, product owners, developers, designers, architects, and analysts to implement and deliver new products and featuresCollaborate with the organization on vision, strategy, decisioning, tactical execution, and measurement systemsCommunicate roadmap stages and timelines internally with key stakeholdersKey Requirements and Technology Experience:Key Skills; Product and portfolio roadmap, utility industry business model and current challenges, massive data setsBachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Energy Management, Electrical Engineering, Sustainability, or other related discipline, and 2 years of relevant experience. Six years of experience can be applied in lieu of a degreeExperience leading software delivery at a company of a comparable scale and size as ***Experience working with teams developing and shipping software through the SDLC process, and the ability to thrive in an agile environment with bi-weekly releasesExperience with Jira or other work management softwareAmazing ability to rapidly build trust and strong relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.Virtuoso at connecting dots across organization-wide initiatives and understanding how to position the portfolio for success in a sea of modernization initiativesEntrepreneurial with a strong inclination towards action.Ability to communicate complex and innovative concepts to a new product development teamPrevious experience working in the utility industry and a deep understanding of utility industrys business model and current challengesClear passion for topics of data, analytics, software engineering, and other technology products, and an ability to identify possibilities to innovatePrevious experience working with massive data setsAbility to be self-directed and to proactively anticipate problems and seek opportunitiesExperience operating in an environment driven by KPIs.Our client is a leading
