Job Description:
Manage infrastructure and operational platforms to ensure optimal performance and availability.Respond to and resolve infrastructure incidents.Design and build solutions to support business system.ssesses and interprets customer needs and requirements.Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems.Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses.Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks.Translates concepts into practice.Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues.Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others.cts as a resource for others with less experience.Serves as a resource to others.Has responsibility and capability to work multi-platforms.Interprets policies and applies experience.Troubleshoot complex Incidents and develop skills for future Technologies.Preferred Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.5-6 years of relevant experience.Demonstrates knowledge in all areas of networking, storage, computing, and virtualization.Designs and documents technical solutions required to support complex business systems and /or integrations.Define and drive observability metrics and SLO's.Infrastructure/Platform lifecycle management (the lifecycle of an infrastructure asset from planning, through operation, and disposal or end-of-life).Capacity optimization and resource forecasting.ssesses design and proposes options to ensure the solution meets business needs in terms of security, scalability, reliability, and feasibility.
