Data Governance Analyst - Finance

About the Role:As a Finance Data Governance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing governance processes around finance data to ensure accurate, trusted, and consistent reporting. Youll collaborate cross-functionally with teams across to shape and drive key finance data governance initiatives. This is an opportunity to contribute to an organization where data is at the heart of our financial strategy and decision-making.What Youll Do:Support the development of data governance strategies and processes for finance data and reporting.Ensure adherence to Enterprise Data Governance principles.Collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams to activate and enforce data governance standards.Develop and maintain policy documentation to align the finance organization with clear data governance standards.What Youll Bring:Bachelors degree in Business Strategy, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.2-4 years of experience in Data Governance, Analytics, Finance, or Information Systems Management.3+ years of experience in developing and supporting data governance initiatives and standards.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with leadership.Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP, Cognos, or similar tools is a plus.Data governance certification (CDMP, DGCP, etc.) is a plus.About Brickred Systems:Brickred Systems is a global leader in next-generation technology, consulting, and business process service companies.
