Job description:
Need 2 entry level contractors to perform onsite support tasks.Examples of tasks for this role include:Configuring New Hire LaptopsAsset disposal and pick upQR Conference Code CreationFilling Vending MachinesCall Center ReconfigurationProcessing laptops into/out of Legal ReviewReceiving equipment/updating equipment portalAsset Management (Audit scans, inventory, orders)Coordinating 3rd party Repair ServicesWPS HotsparesAV Room SweepsThis role's contributions help the full time Austin technicians focus on more complex and urgent priorities such as Tech Bar, Incident Resolution, and Projects.Skills:
Basic tech support and troubleshooting skills for Windows/MacImaging and provisioning computersWorking with a ticketing systemProgram/Project OverviewAdditional head count to assist Onsite Technical Support team and Visa's internal users.Engagement Deliverable(s)Closing tickets and tasksSupporting hardware auditsAssisting with hardware refreshAV Room SweepsAsset Management Tasks (audit, vending, inventory)
