PepsiCoJobsJoin PepsiCo, dare for better.Responsibilities:The OpportunityThis role will be responsible for driving support for the computer systems, network environment and IT environment in Atlacomulco Distribution Center, overseeing IT technical operation, Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) program, sustain support, security, and contingency & recovery, that underpin day-to-day operational stability.The role will have some project management remit with increasing technical complexity and wide breadth. Building relationships with all stakeholders in the business and IT support team to manage and deliver global IT projects and local IT projects (compute, network, IT/OT infrastructure and workplace services). Project Execution with accelerated timelines.The role will require the ability to collaborate and respond to Atlacomulcos and BU business operations and balance priorities of to the site in an agile fashion.Your ImpactAs IT Analyst your responsibilities would consist ofProvide day to day support to the users to sustain the operations at Atlacomulco Distribution Center. Execution and closure of service request and incidents.
(D), (C), (E)Manage relationships and communications with all stakeholders in IT, across business teams & third parties for the seamless execution of IT activities like LAN drop, CCTV, Access Control, Scan Guns, Label Printer, and office printer purchase / configuration / installation.
(D), (C), (E)Identify business and technical requirements, define activity scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and compliance.
(D), (C), (E)Administration of the electronic invoicing application for Atlacomulco and PGCS Mexico support users.
(D), (C), (E)Deliver IT projects on-time, in accordance with scope and budget
(E)Complete issue resolution and risk management to mitigate and minimize project risks
(D), (E)Create and maintain comprehensive IT documentation
(E)Lead regular meetings and updates on progress of activities until closure
(C), (D)Report and escalate to management as necessary
(E), (D)Performance and driving for productivity

Qualifications:Who Are We Looking For?Minimum 2 years experience with proven track record delivering IT infrastructure projects and supporting IT operationsAdvanced conversational and written
English is a MustMicrosoft Windows Servers (2012/2016/2019)Active Directory,
GPO, SCCM, DHCP, DNSVMware
or similar virtualization technologiesLAN/WAN Topologies, VPN, Cisco Routers, Switches, WLC, WAPExperience in Vendor / Supplier ManagementKwoledge of the Mexican government electronic invoicing regulation.
