The main responsibilities may include technical design, planning, architecture development, build modifications, and support of Cerner Millennium Pharmacy applications: PhaMedMgr, PhaDBProductMgr, PhaDBTools, PowerOrders, PowerChart. + Develops specification for new and existing products/services and applications using the tools to develop, troubleshoot, and drive business specifications for product and component integration points. + Map standard Cerner Millennium application functionality to global/local business specifications. + Manage pharmacy operations and product gaps from business specifications to product enhancement and/or business process change. + Define Cerner Millennium product enhancements to drive solutions for all customers. + Manage product setup definition and configuration along with internal business process teams. + Support changes aspect of product rollout and coordination with internal teams. + Manage user acceptance testing and transfer of information to internal teams. + Provide technical build, analysis, and support for implemented applications; diagnosing and reporting bugs, applying patches and upgrades as needed. + Prioritize for feasibility studies, systems design, and implementation to develop new and/or modify the company's information processing systems. + Coordinate with multiple multi-functional departments involved to collect system specifications, techniques, and controls.
