Please do not submit any candidates that do not have a LinkedIn.iLabor Jobs Details?Client Industry?RetailFull Job Description?See Primary SkillsVisa Restrictions??contract to hire, but will SponsorLocals Only/ Out of Area/ Remote??Remote to start, then onsiteafter conversion in Cincinnati, OH; Chicago, IL; Portland, OR; Charlotte, NC; San Jose, CA or Boca Raton, FLInterview Type (Phone, Video, Face to Face)?VideoAnticipated Start (in weeks)?2-33-5 Must Haves?8+ years of QA experience.5+ years of recent relevant QA lead experience.1+ years of relevant experience in Object Oriented Programming (Java).1+ years of relevant experience in test automation (Graphical User Interface/Service Oriented Architecture/ETL) utilizing tools (Selenium, Appium, Mocha, Test NG, CA Dev Test, Rest Assured, IDQ, DVO, etc.).Experience working with CI tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab etc.).Required Skills : * 8 years of QA experience * 5 years of recent relevant QA lead experience * 1 years of relevant experience in test automation (Graphical User Interface/Service Oriented Architecture/ETL) utilizing tools (Selenium, Appium, Mocha, Test NG, CA Dev Test, Rest Assured, IDQ, DVO, etc.) * 1 years of relevant experience in Object Oriented Programming (Java) * Assess quality and test process maturity level * Define/implement strategies to implement QA best practices * Ensure that projects follow prescribed software development life cycle standards * Strong understanding of collecting, analyzing, and sharing QA metrics * Experience in creating, sharing, implementing, and driving roadmaps * Experience working with CI tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab etc.) * Experience driving QA processes and deliverables in an Agile/Scrum environment * Proficient in defect tracking and analyzing root cause utilizing tools (Jira, Rally etc.) * Strong understanding of automation and performance concepts and approaches * Experience working or leading remote teams * Understand and utilize risk-based testing technique * Provide leadership to quality engineers (i.e., mentoring, onboarding, training, etc.) * Strong experience in test environment and test data management * Strong communication, leadership and collaboration skills, to challenge the normRank :B1Requested Date :2024-03-21
