We are looking for a React TypeScript Lead resource who have solid hands-on experience with the needed skills so he can mentor other junior resources too. Onsite position, possible hybrid schedule.

We would be creating a User Experience for the customers that is very intuitive and helpful for customer to do an transaction in minimum steps needed. This position will be responsible for the analysis, design, testing, development, and maintenance of best-in-class software experiences.

Essential Responsibilities:

Responsible for designing, developing, testing, operating, and maintaining productsTakes full stack ownership by consistently writing production-ready and testable codeConsistently creates optimal design adhering to architectural best practices; considers scalability, reliability and performance of systems/contexts affected when defining technical designsPerforms analysis on failures, propose design changes, and encourage operational improvementsMakes sound design/coding decisions keeping customer experience in the forefrontTakes feedback from code review and apply changes to meet standardsConducts code reviews to provide guidance on engineering best practices and compliance with development proceduresAccountable for ensuring all aspects of product development follow compliance and security best practicesExhibits relentless focus in software reliability engineering standards embedded into development standardsEmbraces emerging technology opportunities and contributes to the best practices in support of the bank's technology transformationContributes to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvementReviews tasks critically and ensures they are appropriately prioritized and sized for incremental delivery; anticipates and communicates blockers and delays before they require escalationBasic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experienceSix to eight years of relevant experiencePreferred Skills/Experience:

Extensive hands-on experience in ReactJSStrong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.Extensive experience on creating Micro front end applications.Modern JS (browser + Node.js), CSS,SCSS and HTML5Front end state management Redux, ContextAPI and HooksClient API REST and Fetch wrapperReusable ReactJS components creationExtensive experience on Responsive design systemWebpack with the entire ecosystemUnderstanding the architecture of web applicationsKnowledge of OOP and patternsUnderstanding of Web application performanceLeading team in design and development effortsGood communication SkillsWorking experience in Agile frameworkTools and libraries React, Redux, REST API, Context API, SCSS / CSS 3 and above, HTML 5, Webpack 4 and above, Responsive Design, Jenkin, GitLab, Artifactory system.
