Overview:
Full Spectrum Operations, a Joint Venture between By Light and American Communications Solutions, Inc, is looking for a VoIP Systems Administrator with high familiarity/experience with Cisco VoIP infrastructure to provide support for troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology systems including the day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution of both Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco Voice Gateways. Must have attention to detail with in-depth knowledge of server operating systems and Cisco VoIP expertise.Responsibilities:Collaborate with a team of system administrators to guarantee availability, reliability, and overall security of Cisco VoIP infrastructure in DoD environment.Maintain a highly available Cisco Unified Communications environment.Create and manage call queues in Cisco Call Manager as required per customers needs.Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize IP telephony, voice, and mobility solutions.Analyze and troubleshoot call flows via CDRs.Responsible for monitoring system performance, system operations, and storage.Provide advice and recommendations for necessary hardware and/or software upgrades to support system growth and security.Interact with users and evaluate vendor products.Manage and create system documentation and SOPs.Other duties as assigned.Required Experience/Qualifications:
