Job Description One of our large clients in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Document Coordinator to join their Global Post Market team. The specialist will join the North America Complaints team to help troubleshoot and resolve any and all IT and connectivity issues/complaints. He/she will be responsible for being the main point of contact for technical support, ticket submissions, joining biweekly calls with providers to address performance issues, and complaint record review/closure. They will be responsible for reading, reviewing and redlining the documents and complaints and directing them back to the document holder. This is a remote job, but hours must be worked according to Eastern Time. This position pays $22-$25/hour based on experience.
