One of Insight Globals largest Chemical Manufacturers is seeking to hire a Technical Support Associate for their Dishwashing/Appliances division. This person will be part of a Tier 1 Helpdesk team that will assist cliental directly with mechanical issues with their Appliances (dishwashers). If a solution cannot be found, then the person will escalate the issue to the Field Tech Representative. Solutioning of issues may occur over the phones, video, email, or even Teams. In the future this role will expand into more technical analysis of data and problem solving of individual IOT devices. A person seeking to begin their career with an phenomenal fortune 500 company and who is dependable, customer centric, will be a great fit for this role.
