Work on well-defined projects with clear goals that will require a combination of analytical, technical (programming), quantitative and strong communication skillsThe focus areas will be within the Data Analytics/Business Intelligence/Data Science needs relevant for Perdue Farms business growthUse programming skills, predictive/statistical modeling and analysis to analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data, determine analytical approaches, and evaluate potential outcomesDevelop dashboards/reports that provide useful insights to business leadersSupport ad-hoc querying and analyses to understand customer behavior and diagnose data discrepanciesThe ideal candidate would collaboratively work with various stakeholders in an environment that will leverage data, analytics, and data science tools to build insights for our teamMinimum Education
Must be a rising Sophomore, Junior or Senior currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited university in a relevant field of study. Data Analytics Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics or related majors preferred.Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA or higherExperience Requirements
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new softwarePossess strong analytical, communication and time management skillsDemonstrated leadership and teamwork skillsExperience Preferred
3.25 GPA or higher is highly preferredStrongly prefer a master's level candidate with previous professional industry expreinceEnvironmental Factors and Physical Requirements
Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.May need to access files, supplies and equipment.Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
