Our Recruiters will help you refine your goals, improve your resume and interview skills, and stay on the lookout for a position that matches your experience and ambition!Our Administrative & HR Staffing team is currently looking to speak with candidates who would be interested in hybrid opportunities in Cambridge, MA with similar specifications to those below:Responsibilities:Answer phones, forward calls and messages appropriatelyOrganize and maintain inventory of office suppliesServe as point of contact for visitors, vendors, and staff regarding all administrative requestsArrange meetings, compose and distribute agendas, and take minutes as requestedManage conference room calendars and coordinate as needed for meetingsMaintain internal database and organize documents and filesAssist with general office management and special projectsQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred1-3 years of Administrative support experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly accurate and detail-orientedAble to manage multiple competing tasks and projects according to urgencyInterested in learning more?
