Coordinates General Services functions and administrative duties across functions.Responsibilities:Hospitality Escort deliveries, set-up conference rooms, order catering requirementsTravel: Assist with the issuance of air travel (domestic/international), train and ground transportation.AMEX - Reconcile the monthly credit card statement by the 5th of each month and code allcharges, including the verification and matching of receipts for all travel.Bank of America: Reconcile within three days of spend (ensuring all receipts are attached, coding data sheet completed).Rental Agencies: Reconcile InvoicesSAP: Generate purchase requisitions and receipt services when completedLucyStar: process invoices for vendor paymentPerform general administrative duties for all functions on an as-needed basisEducation:HS diplomaExperience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in the administrative/clerical roleConcur Expense & Travel software experience preferred.SAP experience preferredDemonstrate strong customer service/organizational skills, a reliable team player within the Company.
