The first of its kind in the nation, Center for Hope is a model for employing integrated programs and services designed to break the cycle of violence and its lifelong impact for victims of all races, ethnicities and religions, from the cradle to old age.JOB SUMMARY:

The Coordinator will assist several Center for Hope Directors in administrative functions, meeting coordination and calendar management, client support and case managementThe Coordinator will help to oversee data management and ensure compliance with program requirements.The Coordinator will maintain regular communication with all Directors.The Coordinator will attend meetings and record minutes, arrange meetings and catering, prepare agendas and organize programs and events.The Coordinator will assist key leaders with data and vendor management.The Coordinator will coordinate and schedule the forensic interview process and track and manage documents related to the interviews.The Candidate must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and flexible as this position will grow and duties may expand as Center for Hope continues to growJOB REQUIREMENTS:

Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized fieldBachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Family Studies, Family Science, Psychology, Criminal Justice or other similar fields (degree must be obtained within six months of hire).1-3 years experience in an administrative capacityMust have experience in managing multiple projects as well as strong time management skillsStrong Microsoft Office expertiseStrong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills requiredMust be comfortable working in an environment supporting clients who have experienced trauma.
