This role will be required to collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to gather and analyze data and recommend improvements to achieve business objectives. This position is part of the ERP team in Richmond, Virginia, and will be onsite. In this role, a typical day will look like: + Use various root cause analysis methods to deliver objective analysis for resolving system issues and identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement. + Partner with business stakeholders to obtain an understanding of processes and requirement needs. + Coordinate meetings with cross-functional departments to create current and future state process maps and KPI metrics from all impacted stakeholders. + Document and communicate business requirement changes, enhancements, and modifications - verbally and through written documentation + Create and maintain requirements traceability matrices, as well as functional design documentation. + Create, maintain, and perform Quality Assurance Testing + Utilize the SDLC methodology to deliver technical solutions. + Research, investigate, and document transaction flow both inside and outside a system using various tools. + Collaborate with external third-party vendors, contractors, and consultants to develop and enhance the system. + Regularly monitor processes and seek opportunities for continuous optimization of processes. + Stay abrea To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
