A marketing agency client of Insight Global's is seeking to hire a talented and experienced WordPress Developer to join their Little Rock, AR based office. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of WordPress development, SEO best practices, and a passion for creating high-quality websites that drive results.
Key Responsibilities:-Develop and maintain WordPress websites for a variety of clients.-Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet client requirements.-Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and SEO.-Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites.-Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.-Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development and SEO.-Conduct website performance tests and implement improvements.-Provide technical support and training to clients as needed.

Required Skills & Experience-Proven experience as a WordPress Developer.-Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.-Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.-Understanding of SEO best practices and how to implement them.-Familiarity with website performance optimization techniques.-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.-A portfolio of previous WordPress projects
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
